1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

At Budgeting Together, we stand behind the quality and utility of our templates. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Unlike many digital product sellers who offer "All Sales Final" policies, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you find that the template does not work as described, or if you are genuinely unhappy with the quality of the product, you may request a full refund subject to the following conditions:

A. Eligibility WindowYou must submit your refund request within 30 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be processed.

B. How to Request a RefundTo initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@budgetingtogether.com with your Order Number and a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your needs.

• Note: We ask for this feedback solely to help us improve our products for future customers, not to disqualify your request.

C. Attempt to Resolve (Optional)If your issue is technical (e.g., a formula is broken or you are having trouble downloading), we would appreciate the opportunity to fix it for you before processing a refund. However, if you would prefer the refund immediately, we will honor that request.

2. License Revocation Upon Refund

Because our products are digital files that cannot be physically returned, the following legal agreement applies immediately upon the issuance of a refund:

• Termination of Rights: Once a refund is processed, your license to use, edit, or possess the digital product is immediately revoked.
• Deletion Required: You agree to delete all copies of the template (including the original download and any duplicate copies created in your Google Drive or hard drive) immediately.
• Copyright Infringement: Continued use of a product for which you have received a refund constitutes a violation of international copyright law and a breach of these Terms of Service.

3. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who we believe are abusing this policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Users who purchase and refund multiple products in a short timeframe.
• Users who have previously been refunded for the same product.
